Hi, I am Yicheng, my friends usually call me Betty. I am from Sichuan and now find myself residing in Toronto. I am a designer specializing in User experience design and interaction design. I am passionate about designing user experiences, visual content and 3D products. I have a knack for creating engaging interactions that connect with users and stakeholders alike. 

I developed a diverse skill set while studying Industrial Design at OCADU which I have continued to grow and mature through teaching design at post secondary level. At the same time, this has helped me to fill the gap between knowledge and application, taking my design beyond self expression in maximizing business goals and client interests. 

In my spare time I love to plant. Learning how to cultivate and care for plants is fascinating to me. I find parallels in design as understanding and providing the different humidity, temperature, and sunshine various plants need is akin to user research and designing an ideal solution.
